Her coaching philosophy centres on the belief that strong gymnasts are developed from the inside out. She values confidence, discipline, and self‑belief as highly as physical skill, and works to cultivate all of these through purposeful, progressive training.
Danni is a Level 1 Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach with a foundation in Artistic Gymnastics and a full military career behind her. Her coaching style blends technical precision with mental strength, drawing on years of experience in both sport and service. Her background gave her a deep understanding of body awareness, discipline, and technical foundations. Moving into rhythmic gymnastics has allowed her to combine solid physical foundations with expression, coordination, and performance quality, creating a balanced and holistic approach to athlete development.
Her military career, rooted in fitness, conditioning, physical development, and mental resilience, shapes every aspect of her coaching. As a Mental Fitness Instructor, she designed programmes that strengthened psychological resilience, emotional control, and a high‑performance mindset under pressure. These principles now guide her work in the gym, where she prioritises safe progression, individualised coaching, and an environment where gymnasts feel challenged, supported, and empowered. Her aim is not only to develop technically capable rhythmic gymnasts, but to nurture mentally robust, self‑assured young people who carry their confidence and resilience far beyond the gym floor.
