The Elevate Journey
Elevate Gymnastics was born from a love of rhythmic gymnastics and a belief in creating a club where every gymnast feels supported, inspired, and proud of their progress.
Carolan discovered rhythmic gymnastics at 12 and quickly fell in love with the sport. In 2011, she qualified as a rhythmic gymnastics coach and has spent more than a decade developing gymnasts across several clubs and multi-disciplines. She is known for her clear, confidence-building coaching style and her passion for helping gymnasts understand their movement, progress at their own pace, and enjoy the artistry of the sport.
After more than 20 years in coaching, Carolan felt it was time to create something of her own, a club built on strong foundations, warm community values, and a genuine commitment to athlete wellbeing. That vision became Elevate Gymnastics.

Our vision is to create a rhythmic gymnastics community where every athlete feels confident, supported, and inspired to grow. We believe in coaching that blends strong technical foundations with creativity, kindness, and a genuine understanding of each gymnast as an individual.

At Elevate, we are building a club where:
-
Gymnasts feel safe, valued, and encouraged
-
Coaches work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting each other’s growth and professional development
-
Progress is celebrated, whether it’s a new skill, a small improvement, or a moment of confidence
-
Artistry and expression are nurtured alongside strength, focus, and discipline
-
Long‑term development matters more than quick results
Â
We want every gymnast who walks through our doors to feel proud of who they are, excited about what they can achieve, and supported by a team that believes in them. At Elevate Gymnastics, your child is more than just a student; they are part of a positive team environment where every small victory is celebrated.

The Joy of Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics is a beautiful blend of dance, gymnastics, and expressive movement, performed with hand apparatus such as ribbon, hoop, ball, rope, and clubs. It develops strength, flexibility, coordination, musicality, and confidence through creative, flowing movement.
Unlike artistic gymnastics, rhythmic routines are preformed only on a carpeted floor with music, making it a sport that celebrates expression, artistry, and control just as much as physical skill.
